Forever Friends DT Card

Hi everyone :)

See HERE for my candy post :)

I hope you're all well and that the weather isn't too bad where you are, we have really bad wind and rain, so floods and fallen trees, not fun!

Today over at Forever Friends Challenge Blog, this fortnight's challenge starts, and this time, the theme is RIBBON OR LACE.

Nice and easy :) I'm not sure if I've ever made a card without ribbon on it lol. I love me some ribbon! And I do like lace too, I just don't use it as often.

We have two lovely sponsors this time round, our Randomly Selected Prize is sponsored by the glorious Ribbon Girl Online Store
who are providing our lucky winner with a £10 gift voucher to spend in the store.

Our Forever Friends Favourite prize is sponsored by the wonderful
who are providing our winner with
either 3 'single' digis or 1 digi set of the winner's choice.

So here's my card for the challenge :) We were lucky enough to be able to use Pink Gem Design images for our DT cards, and since my sister is due her baby in two weeks (so excited!) I chose this gorgeous image - Baby Girl in Pram :)

Whimsy Guest Designer Contest

Just a quick post for me to enter the Whimsy Guest Designer Contest - they're offering a Guest Designer Spot for March, and I'd only love it! Whimsy Stamps are gorgeous - and you know for sure that they'll have an image or sentiment for whatever occasion that may arise - ranging from cute to artsy and everything in between. And their sentiment range is fab too, and with matching dies, they're super convenient too :)

Anyway, here's a Whimsy card I made a couple of months ago for my uncle to cheer him on in his fight for cancer - I wanted a happy, non-hospital card, and I thought the lion was the perfect way to tell him to have courage.

Also see HERE for my candy :)

Fingers crossed I get the spot ;)

Maybe my mojo's back

Evening everyone

See HERE for my candy :)

Today I made two cards :D I've been having difficulty getting creative at all since Christmas, so I'm hoping that maybe things are falling back into place now. I had a big cry the other night and I've felt so much better since then... I even made my boyfriend's valentine's card and I really liked how it turned out too :D I'll put that up at another stage, I don't know how often my lovely comes on here to see what I'm up to!

So here's the other one I made. I'm pretty happy with it - I love the image so it all came together once I had it coloured in :)

Ingredients
Medium - Promarkers
Everything Else - Glossy Accents, Liquid Pearls, Stickles

I'd like to enter this into the following challenges:
Simon Says Stamp and Show - What are you known for? (putting stickles on *everything*, and singing in the shower!)
Inky Chicks - Bingo (ribbon/sentiment/flowers)
